Manufacturing Capacity

Our CNC section is run on a two-shift basis giving 80 – 90 hours per week on each machine.

Information can be taken for customer requirements through conventional drawings or electronically to speed up the process and remove the possibility of errors. Help can be provided with design input and the generation of engineering drawings to customer’s specifications, sketches or samples. All new machines have probing systems.

All CNC machines have a DNC link into our CAD/CAM system for ease of programming and storage of information etc. Maximum use is made of tool pre-setting facilities and off-line programming to minimise set up time.
