MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
Information can be taken for customer requirements through conventional drawings or electronically through modem/email and into our CAD/CAM system to speed up the process and remove the possibility of errors.
Where required, help can be provided with design input and the generation of engineering drawings to customer's specifications, sketches or samples as appropriate.
All CNC machines have a DNC link into our CAD/CAM system for ease of programming and storage of information etc. Maximum use is made of tool pre-setting facilities and off-line programming to minimise setup time and ensure a quick response and competitive pricing.
Our CNC section is run on a two-shift basis giving 80-90 hours per week on each machine with capacity in this area currently comprising the following;
