DESIGN

Whilst not offering a full design service, our engineers are available to use their expertise in order to minimise manufacturing times and hence costs. We can produce full working drawings to your specifications ready for use in production.

PROTOTYPES

Prototypes can be produced to 'prove out' the concept and design of new products, allowing full testing prior to committing to full production batch quantities.

COMPONENT PARTS

All parts can be produced complete with any plating, surface coatings or paint finishes etc. packed and ready to use.

Subject to contracts being in place and quantities being suitable, we can offer a Kan Ban system supplying from stock on demand. Longer term orders with relatively stable demand can result in significant cost savings for all parties where this approach is feasible.

COMPONENT KITS - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Significant savings have been made by a number of our customers by ordering complete kits of parts. This approach has several advantages for our customers, including:

• Your order becomes a one line item instead of several

• We can supply all parts including those outsourced to other manufacturers

• Balancing the stock items is resolved by us and not by you

• Multiple suppliers, invoices and paperwork can become one order and a schedule

• Kan Ban delivery can be arranged dependent on volumes

• Kits can go direct to the production line eliminating inspection and stocking costs

• Packaging is recycled and unpacking time is minimal
