Complete Manufacture of your Component parts

To save you the hassles of having parts finished – anodised, plated, painted etc, we will happily offer you the service of complete manufacture.  This can be to the extent of ‘packaged and labelled ready to use’.

Significant Savings by supplying you with Kits of parts

Significant savings have been made by a number of our customers by ordering kits of parts. 

This approach offers several advantages including:

• Your order becomes a one line item instead of several, saving you a great deal of administration time.

• We can supply all parts including those you outsource to other manufacturers, reducing your points of contact, saving you both time and money.

• Multiple suppliers, invoices and paperwork can become one order and a schedule.

• Kan Ban delivery can be arranged dependent on volumes, which reduces your inventory and creates valuable space in your site.

• Kits can go direct to the production line eliminating inspection and stocking cost.

• Packaging is recycled and unpacking time is minimal saving you time and helping to save the environment.

Ensuring your parts are Correct

To assist in ensuring your parts are to the quality you and your customer require, we use some of the latest inspection equipment and methods.  We are happy to cater for whatever inspection criteria you feel is required.

• Fully computerised Mitutoyo CNC co-ordinate measuring machine.

• Fully computerised Mitutoyo manual co-ordinate measuring machine.

• Portable surface measurement equipment
