Claro has 15 years experience in the design and manufacture of orthopaedic and optical surgical instruments serving clients from leading multinational corporations to new start up businesses. We can help with FMEA, design, prototyping and manufacturing.

Precision Machined and Plated Waveguide Products

We currently manufacture 700 waveguide sets per week for clients in the mobile telephone base station market. These sets include a diplexer and low-pass typically on the 7GHz to 32 GHz range.

We are also producing components for the weather radar and surveillance industries.

We are internationally competitive in machining these components from aluminium and in having them silver plated /alochromed. We have developed means to machine these on un-manned machinery and to de-burr them electrochemically. We produce excellent quality and value.

Laser Manufacture

Claro has considerable expertise in the production of complete packages for laser manufacture including housings and electrodes, aerospace and defence.

Claro supports a number of clients requiring high integrity components in the aerospace and defence industries.
